1800 678 689 Or send an enquiry. We reply within 1 business day.
What is an HVLS fan?

HVLS stands for high volume, low speed. A large-diameter fan turning slowly pushes a big column of air down to the floor and out across it. A 7.3 m Giant Breeze fan moves up to 15,550 m³ of air a minute at 54 RPM.

Which size do I need?

It depends on the roof height, the floor area and what is in the way, such as racking, lights or cranes. The blades sit at least 3.5 m above the floor, with 0.3 m clear above, below and beside the tips. Send us the roof height and floor area and we will size it for you.

How much power do the fans use?

At full speed, from 0.18 kW for the 3.5 m Fresh Breeze to 1.5 kW for the 7.3 m Strong Breeze. At 30 c per kWh that is about 5 c to 45 c an hour.

Do the fans need a three-phase supply?

No. Every Giant Breeze fan runs on single-phase 240 V.

Do you install, or supply only?

Both. We supply and install Australia-wide through our installer network, or supply the fan to your own electrician or contractor.

What warranty do the fans carry?

Every fan carries a 7-year warranty. Ask us for the full terms.

What can the fan mount to?

An I-beam, a truss or a concrete beam. An extension tube from 0.3 m to 6 m sets the blade height.
